• A physical signature of the developer or development team authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner allegedly infringed. Third-party agencies need to provide a copy of the “Physical Autorotation Letter” so the agency can review all of their copyrights.
• A claim that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (Note that under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity infringes may be liable for damages.
